The platform starts from concrete enterprise needs to facilitate direct connections with independent professionals. Corporate details reflect official company records and must be confirmed in final commercial documentation.

Under the platform model, client companies and independent professionals negotiate and agree directly on engagement scope, fees, schedule, deliverables, and contractual conditions. Workbloom acts as a connection facilitator; it does not serve as a project manager for client engagements and does not process project compensation payments.

Receiving an introduction or match does not guarantee the conclusion of a commercial contract. This information does not limit statutory rights or mandatory legal protections, nor does it impose exit penalties, buyouts, or intermediary commissions from older legacy models.

Available features include public information, advisory domains, passwordless email authentication, public-access BlooMIA chat, private account conversation history, wallet history and operational workflows for assessments, connections, human-reviewed claims and Premium support.

Visitors can discuss their needs with BlooMIA without signing in. Following essential follow-ups and verification of a complete company account, automatic anonymous matching evaluates all approved profiles using their available professional evidence, excluding pending or rejected applications. Evidence gaps stay explicit. Approval is not independent credential verification. Real payments remain disabled pending Stripe setup and legal approval. Imported records stay private; names and contacts require an authorized, successfully debited unlock funded by a verified live payment. Test payments cannot unlock real profiles.

The commercial framework defines Welcome, Starter, Growth, and Premium as one-time purchases with no automatic renewal or recurring retainer. The pricing page presents the confirmed allocations from the operational blueprint. Matching quality remains identical across all packages.

In the planned model, a token is consumed only when identity unlocking completes successfully; viewing matches and summary fit rationales consumes zero tokens. An error during unlock must never leave a token debited. Packages activate only upon confirmed payment, not during pending or failed states.

During ordinary operations, tokens do not carry an expiration date and new purchases sum with existing balances. Upgrading to another package requires purchasing at full price, preserves previously held balances, and does not grant free extra tokens. All package prices are net of VAT, with applicable tax calculated exclusively at checkout based on billing jurisdiction. Final commercial terms, withdrawal rights, and privacy documentation require company validation prior to live activation.

Growth and Premium include detailed assessment credits separate from connection tokens, providing in-depth analysis of evidence against the brief prior to identity unlocking. An assessment credit is consumed only upon successful delivery of a complete report; system errors or partial outputs do not consume credits.

Unused assessment credits carry forward with subsequent eligible purchases. Report history will be accessible inside the company workspace for authorized team members; PDF export is not supported. Assessments highlight missing information and provide analytical context, but do not certify external claims or guarantee project success.

The intended operational workflow requires that an initial contact request receive an answer within 2 business days; if unanswered, the platform automatically re-credits one token. Accepting a communication request opens a discussion and does not obligate either party to accept a project or agree on fees.

This rule describes the planned service design: in the current pre-launch release, no communication requests are dispatched through the platform.

The operational model defines an eligibility evaluation window of 7 calendar days for Starter, 14 for Growth, and 30 for Premium; Welcome does not include a guarantee window. The guarantee period begins on the FIRST COMMUNICATION date, not at unlock. Upgrading packages does not extend the window of previous matches.

Claims must articulate how the candidate profile does not meet the requirements originally stated in the brief. Final decisions are made by human review; an approved claim re-credits one token. A match may receive at most one total token re-credit between non-acceptance and claim resolution. The standard target response time is 5 business days, extendable when additional information is needed.

The Success Guarantee is not a promise of project success, work warranty, or monetary refund, and does not limit mandatory statutory consumer or business rights. Claim, clarification and appeal tools are implemented; final commercial terms require legal approval before live sales.

Users must use their work email address, maintain individual credentials, and confirm authorization to represent their organization. Credential sharing is prohibited. Company Owner, Admin, and Member roles do not grant staff permissions and cannot access the internal Bloomer repository.

The Company Owner can request closure after reviewing balances and history, with a 48-hour cancellation window. Operational access ends when that window expires, even if background processing is delayed. Closure does not automatically delete records, forfeit credits or promise cash refunds. Full Bloomer records are accessible to authorized internal staff and, after verified account linking, to the individual specialist managing their own record. Admitting a candidate does not make their profile public. Eligible profiles can appear to signed-in companies only as anonymous, limited matching summaries; identifying details require an authorized token-based unlock. There is no open directory, searchable roster, or public profile page for individual specialists.

Internal review evaluates completeness and verifiable evidence; importing a candidate record does not equal verification or approval. Specialists must keep submitted credentials accurate and updated. The platform model ensures human review for key decisions and proportional actions in case of misleading submissions.

Compatibility between independent consulting and primary employment, disclosure duties, and tax classification depend entirely on the consultant's individual legal and contractual circumstances. Specialists must verify compliance with an employment lawyer or certified tax consultant before committing to projects.

Workbloom does not grant blanket permissions for secondary work, does not provide legal or tax advice, and does not handle consultant accounting or bookkeeping.

Definitive contractual terms for companies and Bloomers, confirmed net pricing with applicable VAT calculated at checkout, withdrawal and cancellation rights, liability parameters, and dispute resolution venues require formal approval by corporate management and legal counsel before commercial launch. This page does not establish unapproved exclusive forum clauses or rights waivers.
