Use chat even without an account to clarify your need and find your way around the service. BlooMIA is an AI assistant: it can make mistakes and does not replace the team for account issues or data requests.
Open BlooMIA chat →If your workspace has active Premium support and your role has the required permission, open a ticket from the Human support tab in Company services. Follow the conversation and request status in the same workspace. Don’t have access? Email info@workbloom.io. Online payments are not yet open to customers: checkout is being tested internally.
Go to workspace support →The company Owner can request workspace closure in Account settings after reviewing balances and history. Closure can be cancelled within 48 hours; operational access ends when that window expires. For help closing an account, including a Bloomer account, email info@workbloom.io.
Closing a workspace does not automatically erase data, forfeit credits or promise cash refunds. To exercise access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection or consent-withdrawal rights where applicable, email privacy@workbloom.io. We will verify your identity and handle your request under applicable law without exposing other people’s data. There is no self-service export or deletion portal: some records must be retained to meet legal obligations.
